The scope of this Project consists of Interior remodel of a existing space including, Demo, steel stud framing, drywall, Fire sprinklers, electrical ,limited plumbing ,gates ,floor prep, mechanical.
Provide an alternate bid price for the follow items
1. Back flow preventer.
2. For the existing RTU equipment, provide a bid a complete PM service. Include a complete description of the service proposed.
3. Provide an alternative bid price for raising the HVAC ductwork to 16’-0”
HVAC system must be delivered with all new controllers.
4. Provide an Alternate price for the Smoke and Heat Vent as detailed in A1.3
5. Provide a cost to install new motion activated faucets in each bathroom.
6. Provide an alternate bid to replace all toilet fixtures.
7. In the fixture demising wall, the electrician should include the installation of a iso grounded quad and 1 data jack near the Eliason door.
8. Carry a $10k allowance for a complete floor prep.
10. In the bid, the electrician and plumber must include services for fixture week to power the check out register and install the helium dispensers at the check out bench. |
